On the 14th of February 2019, a delegation composed of EOSE Executive Director, Aurélien Favre, and researcher from the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio in Italy, Simone Digennaro, met for the second time with a team of statisticians from the culture and sport team at Eurostat in Luxembourg.
Following the first meeting arranged in early 2018, it was agreed to regularly meet to pursue the dialogue, exchange and provide some updates about the advancement of the work particularly on the analysis of the available statistics for the sport labour market.
Moreover, the meeting gave the opportunity to present the overall concept and the first findings from the first ever European Employer Skills Survey as part of the drive to deliver an EU wide Employment and Skills map for the whole sport and physical activity sector.
