Werkgevers in de Sport (WOS)

WOS (The Dutch employers’ organisation in sports) is the employer organisation for the sports sector in the Netherlands that puts itself to aim, to look after the interests of its members on the broad area of labour relations.

The WOS performs three core functions:

1. The establishment of the Collective Labour Agreement Sports and conducting the control of its implementation.
2. Being a knowledge centre (with completion of the function of brokerage and switching between members about leveraging its knowledge and sector expertise).

The systematic influence of opinions and carrying out active lobbying at national and international level, aimed at influencing the (political) decision on employment conditions terrain for the sector sports & exercise.
